BILLBOARD PROMOTION, INC. was formed and organized on 16th October 2001, to service the rapidly expanding overseas entertainment market particularly in Japan.
Billboard Promotion is the 4th of the entertainment agencies under the Vintage Group of Companies (VGC). With its 3 other affiliates, the VGC became the biggest in the overseas entertainment business during that period, training, managing and deploying an average of 4,000 talents yearly.
Billboard Promotion, thru its parent company, Vintage Productions was also involved in TV productions, movies and local production shows for hotels and club venues.
In 2005, Japan instituted stringent visa requirements that effectively barred the entry of foreign entertainers to its soil. With business drastically reduced, the Vintage Group scaled down its entertainment operations and refocused its business directions.
That same year, Billboard Promotion. was reorganized with the infusion of additional capital resources and was placed under new management who believes that the attributes of the Filipino worker - knowledge, skill, and work attitude, makes him highly competitive in the global labor market.
Imbued with a fresh mission and vision, Billboard Promotion - is now facilitating gainful and high valued overseas employment opportunities for the Filipino workers and at the same time giving foreign companies the now globally recognized qualities of the Filipino as a reliable and dependable worker in various fields of commerce and industry around the world
